Ages:  Artist must be 18 years old, or have parental consent if under the age of 18.

Media:  All styles and media are welcome, as long as the work is singular and not in excess of 100 pounds each.

Entry format: Inconsistent or inaccurate representations of work upon delivery will result in cancellation of contract.

Terms:  (1) There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee (check/money order made out to Brandywine Studios.) Artist may submit up to fifteen (15) works for consideration. (2) At least 75% of your entries in the show must be available for sale. (3) Brandywine Studios (BWS) commission rate is 25% on sales. Artist will price their work with the 25% commission included and this price will remain the price throughout the exhibit. By signing this contract you are agreeing to all terms and fees. (3) All works must be presented in a professional manner, namely framed (no visible staples), ready to hang (wire is preferred) or display on a pedestal.  (4) BWS will plan and organize the exhibit unless prior arrangements are made and agreed upon. (5) All taxes for the sale of artwork will be collected by BWS.

Insurance:  Artists will be responsible for transport of work to and from the gallery on time. Accepted artworks must reach the gallery no later than two (2) weeks prior to exhibit date. All works contained within exhibition will be insured while on the premises only. The artist is responsible for any insurance of his work during transit. BWS does not assume any liability for damage or loss during shipping if artist decides to ship artwork. BWS will unpack, install, and repack your artwork, if shipped. Works must be shipped prepaid in sturdy reusable containers accompanied by prepaid return postage/insurance. Artists play no part in the installation unless agreed by BWS.

 

BWS reserves the right to use submitted images for inclusion in the exhibition and for the purpose of publicity and education

Once your items have been received, BWS will schedule you into a group exhibition. You will receive an email to confirm the date and the contract will be mailed back to you with important dates.

Once contract is received from artist, Brandywine Studios will review and sign off on contract. A copy will be mailed back to you in the provided SASE. The original copy with all required signatures will be filed at BWS.
